I first heard this song on Jamiroquai's DJ compilation album Late Night Tales and probably listened to it on repeat 10x that night. "I'll Never Forget" is one of those rare late-70's dance tracks which I imagine was only heard at really chic discos. It is little more than an excuse to name-drop great clubs of the world (Studio, Maxine's, Regine's), but the Philadelphia Orchestra's lush arrangement elevates this stupid, perfectly gorgeous party jam.
