Following up on my "NO MORE MISTER NICE GUY POST", if you say you're going to call someone, you should CALL THEM. It's free, rather impersonal and if it gets shitty you can always hang up and fake a disconnect. Seriously, otherwise if you don't you just look like a wishy-washy prick.
