Not Feeling You

Funkmaster Flex's 60 Minutes of Funk Volume 1 dropped in 1996 and featured some amazing freestyles by then-stars Jay-Z, Foxy Brown, Redman, Mary J. Blige, Raekwon and Veronica Webb(?!), but it was this cut by Yvette Michelle that made it to radio stations and pretty much defined my summer. Sampling Lil' Kim's "Big Momma Thang", Yvette tells her cheating man what's up, suggesting in spoken word towards the end that instead of ''walking and holding her hand" that he "put some lotion on them crusty feet she got". A more exquisite diss was never spoken.
